    Is EverFX a scam?

Despite what any EverFX review has told you, EverFX is a suspected scam. We don’t recommend trading with them under any circumstances. If you are already trading with EverFX we recommend you immediately cease depositing any amount of funds with them, in particular if they are asking for a fee to withdraw your money. DO NOT PAY IT.

    The EverFX Scam

As many reports have confirmed EverFX is scamming it’s clients. How the company goes about scamming people and maintaining a CySEC license is a point of discussion. However they wouldn’t be the first CySEC broker found to be a scam. Unfortunately, CySec is known for offering licenses to many companies with questionable track records. Another point to ponder is how many complaints does CySEC get regarding EverFX and what are they doing about these complaints.

The primary complaints that have been reported are in regards to the EverFX withdrawal policies. It seems that EverFX regularly denies clients the opportunity to withdraw funds whatsoever. Other common complaints are that the account managers are extremely pushy. Most concerning of all is that EverFX brokers reportedly use AnyDesk software to access their clients computers and place trades for them. This is outright fraud and should be treated as such.

The fact that EverFX is a regulated company does not excuse any of the behavior that has been reported. Individuals who have been scammed by EverFX should contact us to find out if there is any recourse in recovering their money. Many online assessments of EverFX claim that they offer positive trading options and can be relied on because of their regulatory standing. Unfortunately from the what we’ve seen this is far from the truth. Their have been and will continue to be many instances where regulated “reputable” brokers have their licenses cancelled such as the recent case of USGFX.

    Violations

In May of this year (2021), the UK’s watchdog the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) cracked down on EverFX for lying and claiming that EverFX was authorized to trade in the UK. The FCA subsequently stopped ICC Intercertus (the parent company of EverFX) from conducting any activities in the UK including all things regulated and related to marketing their services. Not only that, but the “The FCA identified serious concerns with the sales and marketing practices of the EverFX Group, including the use of misleading financial promotions, failing to inform consumers about the nature and risks of CFDs, applying pressure to invest additional funds, instructing clients on which trades to make, and failing to allow customers to withdraw funds. This has led to some consumers losing very significant sums of money.”

    Who is EverFX?

EverFX is an offshore Forex broker operating from the Cayman Islands. They are owned by ICC intercertus Capital (Cayman) Limited.

    Address

EverFX is located in Cyprus at Antheon 2, Monovoliko 4, Kato Polemidia, 4151 Limasool, Cyprus. This address is a branch of the company based in Cyprus with the registration number HE 346662.

    Contact

    Phone: +13457695571

    Is EverFX a regulated broker?

EverFX is officially regulated by the Cayman Islands Money Authority (CIMA), their license number is 1444866. Their parent company ICC intercerfus Capital Limited is also regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However due to EverFx not being regulated by any globally accepted regulatory bodies, (CIMA is not considered a globally accepted regulatory authority and offers their “regulation” to many verified scams) Everfxglobal.com is not considered a regulated broker and has been accused of scamming it’s clients.

The fact that the parent company of EverFX is regulated by CySEC is not a reason to consider EverFX a legitimate company. In fact as we’ve pointed out before, having a CySEC license alone without being regulated by either the FCA or ASIC is often a reason to suspect that the broker is a scam. Read more about that here.

    Inflyx

Inflyx.com is another brand owned by Intercertus Capital Ltd. Inflyx along with everfx.eu are covered under the Cysec regulation that ICC Capital Limited holds. The fact that these companies are owned by the same company that is operating a scam should make anyone concerned regarding the reliability of Inflyx and everfx.eu

    What products does EverFX offer?

EverFX offers all of the major Forex pairs. They allow scalping, and have an STP account option as well as an Islamic account. To be clear none of the financial products that are offered by EverFX should be used.

    The EverFX Platform

As is common among scam brokers, EverFX uses both the Metatrader 4 (MT4) and the MT5. They also offer a web platform that is available on IOS. There have been positive reviews regarding the EverFX platform, however it is hard to say if any of these are being left by legitimate individuals. It is more likely that the positive feedback that can be found online is being left by EverFX themselves.

How much money do I need to trade with EverFX?

EverFX offers four account types and the minimum deposit to open an Entry account is $250. As you can see in the picture below, you can choose the Standard account which has a minimum requirement of $2,500, the Premium with $10,000 and the VIP account with a minimum deposit of $50,000. Whichever one you’ll choose, you’ll most likely lose most or all of your money.EverFX four account tiers and minimum deposit

    Methods of Payment

Finally some good news regarding this broker (if you can call it that). They do accept payment using credit card which at first glance would indicate that a chargeback could be pursued upon the broker stealing the clients funds. However this company is not new to the Forex scam industry and as such they make it exceedingly difficult to win a chargeback against them. There are chargeback professionals that can help and win a chargeback against them. Fill out the form on this page and we’ll provide you with that information and anything else that you should know regarding this scam broker.

I was spoken to rudely by the account manager Anthony when it became clear I didn’t trust their set up. He started shouting and hung up the phone.

I had 65 pound withdrawn from my account because of lack of trading that he said he could return to me only if I traded with him.

I also got charged every time I withdrew money also.

I have been a victim of Everfx and had a horrible experience over the phone.
We invested £250 and lost £20 in a matter of 24 hours. We tried to recover all the funds but the Senior Account Manager Anthony Chined was impossible to talk to and very difficult trying to understand whilst he was on the phone.

This type of organisations must be stopped operating in the UK. In all my working life, I have never, ever come across an Individual like Anthony Chined.

      Everfx is a scam.
A dangerous scam. Sweet talkers and very nice, they use ladies as brokers or agents to seduce clients. A call will come from Austria and a lady called Arisa giving a good impression of Everfx, how to invest in gold, forex, bitcoin, big football clubs like Suvilla etc. She takes you through a good web presentation and push you to invest immediately at $250 or $500 or $1000. If you hesitate she ask you at least put your card details in the webpage. That is where I realise some is not right. I flatly refused.

My advice, let’s be very very careful. Their websites is super beautiful and very authentic. You will never suspect anything crook. They advertise in the web, like any company and use names of people in your country like president, CEOs just to get your trust.

I lost £10,000 pounds working with this company. What was strange is that I had deposited £13,000 and made that grow to £20,000 to what seemed like their surprise through a collection of trades they (or their brokers) called to assist me with and a collection of trades I did on my own which took us to that figure. They suddenly started make in decisions within a week had reduced that £20,000 to £3,000 demanding I put in more money, so I decided to call it a day and withdrew the £3,000 from them. They were getting me to give them access to my computer to advise me on trades which I must say they were good at getting right after my initial deposit of £250, with a £100 success rate. They then used this to win my trust and persuade me to put more money in, but more was never enough and they kept putting me in situations where I would be forced to put more money in to protect the trades they were advising me to make. They were aggressive, which I think is an approach they use female brokers to make more effective, accusing me of being tight or ‘stingy’, and then accusing me of not respecting their professionalism if I doubted their decisions, and regularly succeeded in pushing me to deposit more money against my will after much work. This was done either by manipulation on an emotional level or by putting me into a trade position where I was about to lose a lot of money if I did not deposit more money for protection. I had a situation where I had put in the necessary measures to avoid further losses in a difficult situation, by hedging the other way, while I also adding further trades in the opposite direction to where my losses were taking place for profit. I then unexpectedly received a call from the Everfx manager (if that is what she really was) who was assisting me with trades while pushing me to deposit more and more money. She told me that I should cancel the trades I had just done to stop the further losses and put myself in a position to make profit and I took her advice thinking she was trying to help me. Because I listened to her in this call, the result was that I lost an opportunity to £2,000 I would have gained if I had not listened to her, and with my position no longer hedged in the opposite direction my losses became so big my account was about to crash if I did not add more money. At that point I decided to end the trade losing£5,000. Furthermore, I was in the middle of a putting money into a Netflix trade in which she had insisted would tale a few days to be profitable, but within a day was losing me £3,000 which only kept growing over a matter of weeks, until I closed that too, stopped trading and withdrew my remaining $3,000. This was hard to take becasuse I had made it clear I thought the Netflix trade she wanted me to do was doomed to fail and lose me money as she wanted to by rather than sell at a time I thought the good Netflix news was over, but she insisted that I deposit another $4,000 to allow the Netflix trade to take place accusing me of not trusting her ability, being stingy with my money, putting her in a poorly paid position as her commission would be so small if I did not do the Netflix trade, and so on. I was told that she called unexpectedly because she has access to see the trades I am making, but am puzzled as if she was able to see this, why did she did not call me until she had seen me take the right steps to protect myself from big losses and be in a safe position, and then give me advice in that call to undo the steps I had taken, leaving me in free fall. They also refused my insistence that I use stop losses claiming that is the wrong thing to do and would lose me money and so after much pressure I took their advice. Anyway, that is my nightmare story with Everfx and it should all be recorded as all phone calls between Everfx workers and the client are recorded, or at least that is what they told me. I am wondering if there is anything in this legally that means I can get any amount of my money back from them. This experience has been quite a shock financially and emotionally that I am still trying to recover from.
