    Is FXVC legit?

FXVC is a relatively new broker with nothing but a trail of negative feedback. If you have deposited money with FXVC and you suspect that they are not being honest with you, it may be possible to get your money back. We’ll be shedding light on whether they’re a scam in the coming paragraphs.

Many regulated brokers, unregulated companies and investment firms have been found to be scams. Under many circumstances there are avenues in place that are there to protect individuals and help them to get their money back. If the broker is acting in a suspect manner and claims to be regulated make sure you read this.

We can let you know how it’s possible to recover your money.

    Is FXVC a scam?

Despite what any FXVC review has told you, FXVC is a suspected scam. We don’t recommend trading with them. If you are already trading with FXVC we recommend you immediately cease depositing any amount of funds with them, in particular if they are asking for a fee to withdraw your money. DO NOT PAY IT.

The combination of numerous online complaints against FXVC and the regulatory infractions that they’ve experienced only act to confirm our suspicions.

    The FXVC Scam

FXVC has received fines and suspensions by their own regulator. In addition they’ve been banned by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).

As more and more reports become confirmed, it will become abundantly clear if FXVC is a full blown Forex trading scam. In our experience if the broker is unlicensed and unregulated or if it’s lost its regulatory standing and it’s made it’s way onto this list, the broker is 99% a scam. If it carries a CySEC license and no other (as in the case of FXVC), read what about that here.

    Is FXVC a regulated broker?

FXVC is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. This means that investors are offered limited levels of protection. You can read more about that here. You can also learn what are considered to be valid regulators here.

Can I get my money back from FXVC?

On FXVC’s website in the FAQ section they state…”Can I get my money back from FXVC?”

The answer they give is below.
“You need to be logged in to the Trading Platform, choose the “wallet” / ”Funds” section on the platform’s left side where you can place a Withdrawal request. First, your original deposited payment method will be refunded.”

We know all too well that the above is neither true, nor is it an honest question and is only meant to compete with websites like ours. Instead of lies, we can actually help you get your money back.
