That’s my online chat with TradingTeck’s Customer support agent:
      Me:
      Dear Sir/Madam,
I have opened my account with you by mistake, I have no intention to use it for any activity. Can you please send my deposit back?is anybody here?

      Kurt
Hello.Once your account is verified, the withdrawal option will be available to you and you will be able to submit a withdrawal request at any given stage.

Me: Excuse me, “verified” means that I have to provide photocopy of my ID and bank card. It is illegal demand, I am not going to do that under any circumstances. By international law any online purchase or contract has to have at least 14 days of “cooling period”, when customers can simply change their mind about purchasing. It is exactly that case, so please contact me with your higher manager

      Kurt
The status ‘Verified’ is assigned to users who linked their trading profile to an account in one of the payments systems where the information about their identity has already been confirmed according to international laws and fraud prevention. This is a simple procedure: you provide us with a copy of your passport, proof of address, which you have specified in your account, and a copy of the credit card (covering the first 12 digits and CVV number). This way we will ensure that the account holder is a real person. And, of course, we undertake to respect the confidentiality of your data.

      Me
It is all demagogy! You do not need to know whether I am real person, a company or a robot. Can you please provide me with your company registration datas, i.e. address, registration number and contacts of your management

      Kurt
When you have registered with us, you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, where was mentioned about verification. All information is available on our website and without registration. Once your Account is verified you will be able to submit a withdrawal request at any given stage. Please, follow the simple standard procedure. Please visit our AML policy and KYC policy to familiarize yourself with our procedures, you are also advised to read again the terms and conditions.TradingTeck is a trading name of SecVision Limited, registration number of the company: 25781 BC 2020, registered address: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, P.O. I have opened an account with tradingteck. the first account manager assisgned to me never kept appointments and rang me at all different times not suitable to my time frame, her accent was very difficult to understand english. The next account manager is an american and comes over very humble. Yet… he is asking me to put $3k on my credit card to bring me up to gold status. so far my bank has seen it as a scam and not allowed me to purchase this amount. Advice please?

I have been scam by TradingTeck. I submitted my withdrawal of US$268.12 and they mentioned that i will be charged for a fee of US$35.16. However, i have not received the amount and they wrote to me that i need to verify with my account manager. I have been waiting for the account manager to contact me but no call from him. They mentioned that i have to verify with my account manager within 5 working days. If not, my withdrawal request will be cancelled. I have written to them, the Support Team and asked them for my account manager contact details for me to contact him. No reply.
